This is our process:
I. Sign up & pick your date/time
Branding sessions can be booked Mondays and Fridays through the month. Each scheduled day will have a pre-determined location. You pick the date, time & location that works best for your brand & your schedule.
II.take the photos
I will work with you one on one to help select your wardrobe & props. We will determine the shot list you need ahead of time. On-site I will guide you through posing and give overall direction based on our consultation, so you get the best visuals.
III. Up your brand immediately
Your gallery will be available for viewing immediately. Depending on your session length, the amount of images and ability to download will depend on which month of membership you are on.
FAQ
Can I pay up front & in full?
Sure thing! We will even give you an additional discount. The founder pricing will only be valid until June 1st, 2024 and then all the pricing will go up so sign up now!
Can I edit the images to match my brand?
Definitely. We will still deliver a gallery with light editing including teeth whitening and blemish removal. However, once you download your images you are welcome to edit them in any fashion you like.
How does the mixing and matching session lengths work?
We know you have different needs throughout the year and one size doesn’t fit all. You get 4 hours of camera time with me. However that adds up in the allotted increments works for me.
Can I get my gallery sooner than 7 days?
Yes, however there is an expedited fee that varies per your session length. Galleries will be delivered in 36 hours from your session time if you opt into expediting. Fee must be paid in full prior to gallery delivery.

$100 // Per Quarterly Session
Expedited images are not available for Yearly & Bi-yearly sessions at this time.
Does my membership roll over?
Yes, if you were planning on doing a monthly session but things got busy; it will roll over to the next month or can be used towards a future quarterly session.
Can my coworker or employee take my spot?
Yes, if you are planning monthly or quarterly sessions you are welcome to have a different team member take the spot. Please give us a heads up just so we know and can help you strategize the content to be cohesive.
What is the benefit of membership versus just scheduling sessions?
There are so many added benefits. I think the biggest benefit is the cost savings of being a founding member and sign up before June 1st, 2024. My guarantee is that as long as you maintain your membership, this low price is locked in until 2030.
If you did a 20 minute session every month; it would cost you almost $800 more per year.
I also provide education on branding, Canva templates, suggested posting calendar & a posing guide in addition to my expertise in design & branding.
Do you change photographers per location?
I know many companies have multiple photographers on staff. However, I want to personally understand your goals & plans in business so I can provide stunning visuals that speak to you and your clients. I don’t see how I could provide that level of service if I passed it off to an associate photographer.
Can I add additional people to my sessions?
Yes, you can for an additional fee for each member for Quarterly, Bi-yearly, and Yearly.
Quarterly: $100 per person
Bi-Yearly: $150 per person
Yearly: $200 person
Monthly Sessions are not applicable due to time constraints however, you can gift them one of your spots and we can do them back to back.
Can I bring my fur baby?
Yes, they are allowed at some locations but not all. Please confirm your intent prior to booking your session.
I want to do a creative session not necessarily tied to my business. Can I select an alternative location?
Yes, this is possible but let’s discuss the best strategy prior to booking.
I really want the session to be in my office. Is that possible?
Yes, I will come to your place of choice for both the 4 hour yearly session and the bi-yearly 2 hour session. The monthly & quarterly locations will be at pre-determined locations.
What type of locations will be available?
The locations will vary. We have indoor & outdoor sessions and will vary each month. I am partnering with multiple businesses around the valley that have diverse professional business settings. In addition, I have connections to beautiful high design office spaces that are perfect to highlight your business. Each Quarter, I will publish the up & coming locations for scheduling.
HOW MANY IMAGES will i receive from a session?
My goal is to always get you as many images as possible and hopefully that is 200+ images in total for a year's worth of content.
When you book quarterly, bi-yearly & yearly sessions you will get to download 20+ images every month from your session. After payment each month, you will get your membership coupon to download the images each month.
If you choose to leave your subscription early, you will have the option to purchase indiividual images at that time.
Cancellations
Subscription Photography Plans are a pre-paid agreement service. I do not offer refunds or prorate funds if canceling service. Consider paying month-to-month or quarterly if you are not 100% committed to the duration of this service.
I offer a deep-discount for this service, given that it provides frequent and consistent types of photography work throughout my year. This is a commitment on my part and an agreement on both our parts.
All that said, in the case that there is an “Act of God”, for example, COVID-19 or Natural Disaters, for which our local, I will take each case under consideration.
